PIANO RECITAL 2012
The recital date has now been set and reserved for Saturday April 28 at 3:00pm at 27827 Skycrest Circle Drive in Valencia (same place as last year). Most of the kids have learned or are practicing their recital songs. A few still need to choose. I would like to have a lot of volunteers. Many helped last year and I really appreciated it. I will need help with door prize tickets, programs, setting up before the recital, cleaning up after the recital and of course EVERYONE signing up to bring something for the dinner afterwards. I will pass a sign-up sheet in April. I would like someone to volunteer to be in charge of calling and reminding everyone what they signed up to bring the week of the recital. Also this year I am going to put together a nice DVD of the recital including performances, group photos, photos of before and after the recital and extras like Hall of Fame students and Students of the Month for this past year. The DVD will cost $5.00 and I will take orders at the recital. I am sure that the recital will be great. This is YOUR recital so lets all make it great!

I would really like some feedback about what you thought regarding the recital. What you liked about it, what you
think needs improving, etc. Please e-mail me with your comments! No time for rest...it is time to move on. The students
will now continue to learn and progress and prepare for next year's recital! Once again.. Thank you so much for your continued support! (and thanks for the
birthday wishes...I really didn't plan the recital to be on my birthday...it just worked out that way due to availability
of the building!)
